Liability Waiver

The guest making this reservation, on behalf of such person and all other persons that will accompany such guest (each a “Guest”), acknowledges the inherent risk of staying at an outdoor property.

Guests hereby agree to take full responsibility for their own safety while on Four Fathers grounds and inside their accommodations.

Guest(s) assume all associated risks with the use of Four Fathers, including but not limited to the accommodations, facilities, amenities, or property grounds.

In doing so, Guest(s) hereby waive, release, and forever discharge and shall indemnify and hold harmless Four Fathers, its affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, employees, staff, volunteers, heirs, executors, administrators, representatives, predecessors, successors, and assigns from all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, and expenses which may arise out of or in any way relate to the Guest(s) use of Four Fathers accommodations, facilities, amenities, or property grounds.

This includes without limitation any claims resulting from physical or personal injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, loss or death, and any property damage that may occur caused by fire, theft, vandalism, water or land-related accidents, natural events, or any other occurrences or mishaps.

Guest(s) understand and acknowledge that the waiver includes claims based on negligence and the actions or inactions of Four Fathers.
